Patricia Ann ‘Patty’ Honeycutt White

ROCKINGHAM — Patricia Ann “Patty” Honeycutt White, 65, of Rockingham, passed away Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

Born in Richmond County on Feb. 17, 1955, she is the daughter of Howard Honeycutt and the late Betty McVicker.

Patty was the beloved wife of James Bradford “Buddy” White, married on June 29, 1973. They were married 47 years. She graduated from Richmond Senior High School in 1973. She was employed with Tultex-Unifi in the accounts payable department until retirement in 2001.

Patty was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family and extended family unconditionally. Patty was sweet and kind to everyone and always there to provide love and support when needed. Her sense of humor was infectious and time spent with her was always interesting and fun. In her younger years, she enjoyed spending time in the sunshine at the beach. Patty’s absence from our lives will be difficult, but she will live in our hearts forever. We will always love you.

Patty is survived by her cherished husband, Buddy; and children, Kevin White and Brandi White. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Lexi White, Kolbi White, Skylar Collins, Karson White, Aaron Covington Jr., Arabella Oxedine and Bentley Oxendine, and great-grandchild Wesley Chavis Jr., all of Rockingham. She is also survived by Roy and Lois Thomley, brother and sister-in-law from Norwood.
