ROCKINGHAM — Pauline Arnette Lovette, 79, of Rockingham passed away on Sept. 30, 2021 at Richmond County Hospice Haven.
She was born on Feb. 9, 1942 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late John and Bessie Mae Denson Arnette.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Patrick Lovette; daughter, Cynthia Walker; and son, Donald Newton.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Linda Magia, Terrie Miller and husband Philip; son, Eugene Newton; stepchildren, Mark Lovette and Vikki King; and sister, Elizabeth”Lib” Locklear. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. at First Assembly of God on Monday, Oct. 4, 2021 with Pastor Gene Alexander officiating. Interment will follow in Northam Cemetery.
The family will greet friends and relatives on Sunday, Oct. 3, 2021 at First Assembly of God from 6 until 8 p.m. and other times at the home of her daughter, Terrie Miller.
