ELLERBE — Thomas Darrell Crouch, of Ellerbe, passed away on Jan. 8, 2021 at Carolinas Medical Center.
A son of the late John Thomas and Thelma Covington Crouch, Darrell was born in Richmond County on Nov. 24, 1940.
He was the owner and operator of Crouch Small Engine Repair and was on the board of directors of Samaritan Colony.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gail Crouch; and his brother, Perry Crouch.
Surviving are his daughter Mitzi McDonald (Dennis); grandchildren, Andrew McDonald (Libby), Peter McDonald (Tara), Thomas McDonald (Tiffany); great-grandchildren, Cole, Chayton, Ryker, Micah, Malachi, Rylee; and sisters, Linda Quintero and Sarah Kirk.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2021 at Ellerbe Cemetery. The family will greet friends following the service.
Face coverings are required and social distancing requested.
