ROCKINGHAM — Mr. Thomas Swinney, 81, of Rockingham, passed Friday, Sept. 18, 2020.
A Memorial service is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020, 1 p.m. in the Chapel at Nelson Funeral Home, 1021 E. Washington St. Rockingham.
