ROCKINGHAM — Virginia Mae Branch,90, of Rockingham, died Friday, June 7, 2019 at Richmond Co. Hospice Haven.
She was born Oct. 3, 1928 in Marlboro County, South Carolina, a daughter of William Anderson and Sue Clark Hicks.
Mrs. Branch was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Crusade Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gary Branch in 1991.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Calvary Crusade Church with the Rev. William “Bill” Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Clark Family Cemetery.
Surviving her children, Jenny B. Bryant and husband John and William Gary “Coot” Branch all of Rockingham; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. prior the service at the church and other times at the home of her daughter.
