ROCKINGHAM — Walter Lee Winchester, age 66, of Rockingham, passed away Feb. 1, 2020 at The University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, Colorado.
A public viewing will be held from 1-6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14 at Nelson Funeral Home Chapel.
