Dear Editor,

Military Judge Col. Jeffery R. Nance should himself be investigated and considered in facing a Military Court-Martial as governed by the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

The evidence shows Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl voluntarily left his post to join the Taliban, a terrorist organization. Bergdahl’s action required his fellow military members to begin a search for him.

Six U.S. soldiers were killed looking for him: Staff Sergeant Clayton Bowen, Private 1st Class Morris Walker, Staff Sergeant Kurt Curtiss, 2nd Lieutenant Darryn Andrews, Staff Sergeant Michael Murphrey and Private 1st Class Matthew Martinek.

Later, President Obama traded Bergdahl with the Taliban by releasing five high-profile Guantanamo evil-killer detainees in May 2014.

Allowing Bergdahl to walk freely is a legal disgrace as Nance’s decision duplicates a condemnation of the United States, our Constitution, our American flag, the National Anthem, and our US Military!

This occurrence Is an example where, on a government appeal, Bergdahl and Judge Nance should both be (re)investigated, prosecuted, and found guilty of treason; perhaps, facing the death penalties.

If Bergdahl is not guilty of treason, even after he pleaded guilty as charged, no one ever has been guilty of any crime.

For Judge Nance to know the evidence, fully understand occurrence, watch and listen as Bergdahl pled guilty to the charges, and then let Bergdahl walk free, then Judge Nance too, is guilty of supporting treason.

May God bless America!
