Voter Participation Center leaves third-party candidates off literature for 9th District race

The Voter Participation Center sent out more than 180,000 of these postcards and letters for Get-Out-the-Vote efforts, which only list the two major party candidates in the 9th Congressional District race.

ROCKINGHAM — With the 9th Congressional District special election only days away, several voters and party leaders are concerned about the exclusion of third-party candidates.
