Most people miss the most significant line in the Declaration of Independence.

Most people reflexively believe the federal government protects the interests of minorities. After all, the feds gave us the Civil Rights Acts and ended segregation — so the narrative goes. But in truth, the federal government has a pretty abysmal record when it comes to its treatment of minority communities and has often implemented policies extremely detrimental to their interests. In general, centralized authority has historically brutalized minority populations, and this includes the U.S. federal government.

People tell me all the time local cops would never enforce any kind of federal gun grab. I call B.S.

The Biden administration has continued the government spending spree of the Trump administration started and has even managed to speed it up. Never before has the federal government run a budget deficit this big through the first six months of a fiscal year.

I’ve never attended Mardi Gras, but I have experienced the pirate-themed mega-party known as Gasparilla in Tampa. And I watched d a lot of people “breaking the law.”

The state is a death cult and its highest holy sacrament is war.

Talk of hiking the minimum wage at the national level has ramped up in recent weeks. With the Democrats controlling the House and the Senate, and Joe Biden in the White House, it seems increasingly likely that we’ll soon see a federal $15 per hour minimum.

According to a CNN report, President Joe Biden plans to reinstate Obama-era limits on a federal police militarization program. While this sounds like progress toward ending the militarization of local police departments, the Obama limits were little more than window-dressing.

I was working out at my gym the other day and Fox News was droning on one of the TVs. I wasn’t really paying attention, but I happened to look up and I saw an image of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris at a rally. The campaign poster hanging on the podium read, “Battle for the Soul of the Nation.”

I know a lot of you are pretty upset about the prospects of a Joe Biden presidency. He’s promised to be tough on guns and you think he might start an all-out assault on the Second Amendment. We could see more federal gun control coming down the pike. We could even see some kind of weapons ban.
