ROCKINGHAM — A teenage girl was airlifted just before noon Monday after flipping an ATV.
According to Brandon Bowers with Cordova Fire and Rescue, the girl was riding a four-wheeler on 4 Seasons Drive — a private road off of Sandhill Road — when she flipped it over and had her legs trapped underneath.
The incident happened around 11 a.m.
