MONROE, N.C. — Tuesday’s soccer match nearly saw the Richmond Raiders erase a three-goal halftime deficit.

PEMBROKE — What head coach Ashleigh Larsen had been looking for this season she found during the Lady Raiders’ win over Purnell Swett High School on Monday.

WINSTON-SALEM — It was a successful start to the new season for the Richmond Raider football team, which defeated Mount Tabor High School 56-41 on Friday.

WINSTON-SALEM — It was a tale of two halves between the Richmond Raiders and Mount Tabor Spartans on Friday, but the Raiders emerged with a season-opening win against the defending 3AA state champions.

ROCKINGHAM — A second-half comeback attempt by the Richmond junior varsity football team came up short in Thursday’s season opener.

FAYETTEVILLE — The final 90 seconds of Wednesday’s non-conference soccer match featured two goals, the latter of which helped the Richmond Raiders earn their first win of the season.
