HAMLET - Business is certainly booming for Molly Grooms of 32 Thrift in Hamlet, so much so that a second location has recently been located for expansion.
The original location next to Hamlet Hardware will house the new and used clothing while the second location at 120 Raleigh St will be the furniture showroom.
Quality new and used furniture with an emphasis on sofas and love seats is what has been the winning formula at the original smaller store and the hope is that, with ample room for attractively displaying pieces, the volume of inventory will increase along with the sales.
In order to get the new location off to a good start, Molly will be having a ReOpening/Customer Appreciation this Saturday, June16th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
There will be free hot dogs and chips served for hungry customers along with gift certificate giveaways every hour.
Carter’s Italian Ice will be on hand as well.
A new and exciting dimension of the store will be a coffee shop in the back.
Comfortable seating will be on hand for patrons who want to relax and enjoy some specialty coffees along with their favorite pastries.
32 Thrift was established in Hamlet in 2015 and they are open Monday - Saturday.
