ROCKINGHAM — Sheriff James E. Clemmons Jr. on Thursday presented four deputies with recently earned law enforcement certificates.
Two deputies, Lt. Clyde Smith and Detective Sgt. Ty Rucker, earned their Intermediate Certificate, while the other two, Detective Sgt. Mitch Watson and Detective Jeff Millen, earned their Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate.
