ELLERBE — Anna Belle Bowman Wilson, 93, went peacefully to her heavenly home on Wednesday morning, Oct. 28, 2020.
She was married to George F. Wilson (Cub) for 45 years until his death on Aug. 21, 1997. Anna Belle was born in Mount Airy on a spring day to John Samuel and Lucy Pack Bowman.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister Louise Bowman Iacona; and her brother John W. Bowman.
She was a member of Exway Baptist Church. Anna Belle will be remembered as a graceful and loving lady. She was a good Christian woman who was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.
Surviving are her daughter, Robin Wilson Duncan; granddaughter, Jennifer Renee Bullard; sister, Stella Bowman Floyd; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020 at Exway Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. David Peitz officiating.
Anna Belle will lie in state at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham from 9–11 am Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020.
