ROCKINGHAM — YouTuber Cleetus McFarland will be driving in back-to-back races this weekend at Rockingham Speedway.
McFarland will be racing under his real name, Garrett Mitchell, in the Rockingham ARCA Menards East 125 on Saturday — before making his debut in the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series during the N.C. Education Lottery 250.
The Florida native had four starts in the ARCA Menards Series in 2025, with two top-10 finishes at Talladega Superspeedway (10) and Charlotte Motor Speedway (9). He also finished 17th at Bristol Motor Speedway.
He went on to finish 11th in the ARCA Menards Series race at Daytona earlier this season — after spinning out on the sixth lap in the Craftsman Truck Series race that weekend.
McFarland’s sidekick George Siciliano — aka “LS George” and “Squirrel McNutt” — will be competing in his second race of the series, after finishing 13th in the season opener Cook Out 200 at Hickory Motor Speedway.
Max Reaves, who won all three races he started in the series last season, will be looking for a win following his second-place finish at Hickory behind Tristan McKee, who is also on the driver’s list for Saturday.
Like Sicilano, Dystany Spurlock, who has several wins under her belt in the motorcycle drag racing world, will be driving in her second outing for the series.
Spurlock made history at Hickory as the first black woman to compete in a NASCAR-affiliated series, finishing seventh. According to her bio, Spurlock was also the second black woman to compete in the NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle Class last year.
Also competing in the field will be Dustin Hillenburg, son of former Rockingham Speedway owner Andy Hillenburg. He has five ARCA starts in the past two seasons, with his best finish being 16th.
Brent Crews won last year’s race, leading all but four laps. This year, Crews is driving the No. 12 for Joe Gibbs Racing in the N.C. Education Lottery 250.
The Rockingham ARCA Menards East 125 is scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 4, followed by the N.C. Education Lottery 250. The Black’s Tire 200 will be on Friday, April 3.
Tickets for the triple-header are available at racetherock.com.
