Objectives Ø Definitions and symptoms of stress and anger Ø Effects and triggers of stress and anger Ø Effective techniques to manage stress and anger.

Trunk n Treat at Beverly Hills Baptist
Trunk n Treat will be celebrated at Beverly Hills Baptist Church on October 28 at 5:00 pm in the Family Life Center parking lot.
Trunks will be decorated with themes relating to a person in the Bible, a hymn, scripture, etc.
Following the Trunk n Treat, there will be a social with finger foods in the Family Life Center.
Trunk n Treat at Ashley Chapel Community Center
The Ashley Chapel Community Organization will host a Trunk or Treat for children of all ages on Wednesday, October 31 from 6pm to 8pm, at the Ashley Chapel Community Center, 297 MIzpah Road in Rockingham.
