ROCKINGHAM — A man on probation who has pending charges in two outside counties is now accused of stealing in yet another county.
Court records show that the Albemarle Police Department in Stanly County obtained a warrant late last year for the arrest of 25-year-old Christian Seth Parker of East Rockingham.
Warrants allege that Parker broke into a building owned by the Walmart in Albemarle on Oct. 28, 2025 and stole: a Ninja slushie machine; a Power Clean vacuum cleaner; and a Mr. Heater Portable Buddy heater. The combined value of the items is listed as $536.
The warrant was issued Nov. 6, 2025 and served on Feb. 24.
Parker is charged with: breaking and entering; larceny after breaking and entering; felony conspiracy; first-degree trespassing; and habitual larceny.
Records name Parker’s alleged co-conspirators as Donnie Parker and Regina Collins.
It appears Donnie Parker was arrested the day of the alleged incident and charged with misdemeanor larceny and first-degree trespassing. Records show he failed to appear in court Dec. 3, 2025 and an order for arrest was issued. A bond forfeiture notice was issued Dec. 5. Records show he also failed to appear in court Dec. 31.
Collins was arrested Jan. 14 and charged with one count each of misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor conspiracy. Her next court appearance is scheduled for April 1.
Along with his other pending charges and two probation violations, Christian Parker is being held in the Richmond County Jail on a combined $143,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in court March 9.
Court records show Christian Parker still has the following pending charges:
Cumberland County - breaking and entering, felony conspiracy, habitual larceny, possession of stolen goods or property
Cabarrus County - misdemeanor conspiracy (two counts), misdemeanor larceny, habitual larceny
Moore County - misdemeanor larceny (two counts)
Records with the N.C. Department of Adult Correction show Christian Parker given a 12-month suspended sentence in March 2025 when he was convicted on four counts of misdemeanor larceny in Richmond County, as well as one count in Moore County, and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Parker was also convicted in 2021 on two counts of breaking and entering vehicles in Richmond County; and unauthorized use of motor conveyance and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance in Union County.
