ROCKINGHAM — Edmund Goins, 81, of Rockingham, passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 at his home.
Mr. Goins was born May 1, 1938 in Marlboro County, South Carolina, a son of the late Frank and Novella Lowery Goins. He was a self-employed painter.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Geneva Quick, Helen Jacobs, Tommy Goins and James Goins.
Surviving are his children, Karen Board of Little Elm, Texas, Edmund Goins, Jr. of Ridgeville, South Carolina; grandchildren, Travis Board and Dana Goins; great-grandchildren, Austin Gale, Clark Gale and Jemiah Oxendine; stepdaughter, Janice Arbogast of Rowlesburg, West Virginia; and special friend, Shelia Jenks of Rockingham.
All services will be held at a later date in Kingwood, West Virginia.
