HAMLET — Over the summer, Noah Goodman, a freshman at Richmond County Early College High School, earned national honors for his musical talent at the National Beta Club Convention in Orlando, Florida.
Goodman placed fifth in the nation in the solo, duo, trio talent event, performing one of his original piano compositions.
His achievement follows years of success in the program, including third-, second-, and first-place finishes at the state level in middle school, and a first-place win nationally in 2023.
“Going to Orlando with the Beta group has been so fun and such a memorable experience,” Goodman said. “It was such an honor to play one of my original pieces for the audience to cheer on and compliment me.”
