HAMLET — The first live action of summer baseball in Hamlet will get started by the Post 49 junior baseball team next Tuesday.
Returning for its second season, the Hamlet junior baseball team will kick off the summer campaign June 2 at Memorial Park.
Under the direction of first-year head coach Anthony Hailey, the lone coach to transition from last year’s coaching staff to this summer, the junior 49ers will also be coached by assistant Landon Cowick.
Similar to the senior legion team, the junior team is set for a conference-only schedule this summer against Area 3 opponents.
Hailey noted that some additional games may be added to the schedule as the season unfolds.
Below is the complete regular-season schedule for the Hamlet American Legion junior baseball team.
Home games are highlighted in gray. Dates and times are subject to change.
