PINEHURST — Helping to spread some Valentine’s Day love, the newly developed “Tunnel of Love” is now open to the community to come visit and take photos; enjoy a stroll; or offer the perfect proposal backdrop.
Located at the Sandhills Horticultural Gardens at Sandhills Community College, the tunnel is open now through Feb. 15.
Guests are invited to take a selfie with their sweetie, friends or anyone else who’s dear to their heart under the warm glow of these seasonal pink lights in a peaceful setting.
The tunnel is located just behind the Ball Garden Visitors Center at the Hackley Woodland Garden bridge. The rest of the gardens will still be closed, but guests welcome to experience the fun of this lighted archway up to 7 p.m.
