Ben, a 1984 graduate of Richmond Senior High School, lived a life rooted in hard work, loyalty, and love for the simple things that mattered most.
In his spare time, he enjoyed days at the beach, deer hunting, and making memories outdoors. He took great pride in his home and yard, caring for them with a meticulous hand and a keen eye for detail.
Above all, Ben was a devoted father, a caring family man, and a loyal friend. He never missed a chance to check in on the people he loved, often calling just to talk, to laugh, or to offer a helping hand. Those who knew him will remember his kindness, his steady presence, and the way he showed his care through action.
Ben passed away doing one of the things he enjoyed — moving his equipment and working outdoors, a place where he always felt at peace. He will be dearly missed by many.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, Nov. 21 at 3 p.m. at Eastside Cemetery.
Ben’s legacy lives on in the love he shared, the friendships he built, and the family he cherished.
