Frances Darlene Mills, 66, of Rockingham, went to be her Lord and Savior on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025.
She was a very loving, caring and giving person who never met a stranger. She was truly a mother to her children and the best wife a man could have. She will be missed by all. She suffered a long time with her illness but never stopped fighting.
The family would like to thank all her caregivers.
She was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Shannon Mills; sister, Deborah Allred; father, David Scarboro Sr; mother, Frances Scarboro; and brother Dewey Scarboro.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Charles Mills; very loved son, Christopher Mills; and brother, David Scarboro Jr (Phyllis).
All services will be held privately by the family.
