Hazel Darlene Bryant, 53, of Hamlet, passed away on Monday April 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Rockingham to Ida Kay Webb and the late Jessie Webb on May 27, 1972.
Hazel worked for many years at Burlington Industries and attended Heritage Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Celebrating holidays with those she loved was a special time.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 15 years, Ernie Lee Bryant; children, Wendell Strickland, Anthony Webb and Renea Strickland; stepson Corey Bryant; and 12 grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brother, Kenneth, and sister, Sandra; sister-in-law Michelle Bryant and brother-in-law John Bryant Jr.(Jennysue).
Along with her father, Jessie Webb, she is preceded in death by a sister, Anette.
