Mr. Cutner is survived by three children, Tiajuana Cutner of Charlotte, Connie Cutner-Ragland (Vincent Ragland Sr.) of Henderson, and Earle D. Cutner of High Point. He is also survived by three grandchildren whom he cherished, Vincent Ragland II of Durham, Amania and Amaris Cutner of High Point; cousins, many close friends and a dear friend and former wife, Gwendolyn Cutner.
