James “Jimmy” Lee Childers, or “Jim Bo,” as his grandma called him, was born on July 31, 1965 and passed away at Richmond County Hospice Haven on Monday, May 5, 2025.
He lived with his brother in Wallace, South Carolina. He loved fishing and animals, especially his dogs, Lassie and Blue. He enjoyed riding his golf cart, he loved people, and making new friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Lee Childers; and his sister, Shannon Nicole Branch.
He is survived by his father, Lloyd Walter Childers Jr. of Rockingham; his brothers, Lloyd W Childers III (Taran Barton) of Wallace, South Carolina, David Childers (Linda Owens) of Lexington, and Jamie Hooks (Jennifer) of Ellerbe; sisters, Dana Bryant-Tillery (Lucia) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Charlie Martha Hudson (Michael) of Spartanburg, South Carolina.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 3 p.m. at the home on Powe Road, Wallace, South Carolina.
