Jeannine Smith, 71, of Rockingham, passed away peacefully Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025 at her home.
She was born July 25, 1954 in Richmond County.
Jeannine worked as a hair stylist in prior years with Stylorama. She was the face of advertisement for them for many years and took pride in her appearance. She enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach and the mountains and loved her pets. She will be dearly missed by her family.
Jeannine was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Lee Harrelson Martin.
She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Gathings and husband William of Hamlet; and her beloved grandson, Kyle Gathings.
Services will be held privately by the family at a later date.
