Kyle Anderson Hatcher, 52, of Rockingham, passed away Friday, Dec. 20, 2024.
Kyle is the son of Dalton Hatcher and the late Rebecca Marshall Hatcher of Rockingham. He was born January 28, 1972 in Richmond County.
Along with his mother, he is preceded in death by his uncle Richard Parsons, Aunt Phyllis Parsons, and his beloved dog Max.
Kyle loved to travel with his father; out of all the places he ventured, the state of Montana was his favorite. In his spare time, he loved to watch movies, rebuild computers, duck hunt and spend time with his family. Along with computers, Kyle rebuilt race cars and loved to go fast!
There are many things that can be said about Kyle, he was a beloved son, dad, cousin and friend to many. Kyle had an infectious personality and sense of humor that was truly one of a kind and will forever be missed dearly.
Kyle is survived by his father, Dalton Hatcher; daughter, Taylor Player; uncle Ellis Hatcher and aunt Beth Hatcher of Matthews; and many beloved cousins.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 1-2 p.m. at Watson-King Funeral Home in Rockingham, Friday, Dec. 27, 2024. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. C.F. McDowell officiating.
