Michael “Mike” Dennis Rich, of Hamlet, North Carolina, entered his eternal rest on Oct. 22, 2025, at the age of 57.
Mike was a man of quiet strength, deep faith, and a heart full of love. His greatest joy and life’s truest blessing was his daughter, Victoria, who brought light and purpose to each of his days. Mike passed just a few short days before the joyous union of his daughter and her husband, Kevin Peek. He was deeply honored to give her away and see her begin her happily ever after before being called to his eternal home.
Mike was a devoted truck driver who served faithfully with Coca-Cola, Big Rock Sports, and several other companies. He loved God, his country, good music, Dallas Cowboys football, and a hearty meal. He found joy in life’s simple pleasures — sharing good food, listening to a favorite song, cheering on his team, and spending time with those he loved most. His laughter, kindness, and steadfast devotion to family and faith touched everyone who knew him.
Though his passing leaves a profound void in our hearts, we find peace in knowing he is resting in the presence of his Lord and Savior. His spirit endures in the love he gave, the memories he created, and the example of faith and devotion he leaves behind.

A visitation will be held to celebrate Mike’s life and the faith that sustained him on Tuesday, Nov. 4 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Harrington Funeral Home.
