Patricia Deneen Shular, 90, of Cordova passed away surrounded by her loving family Friday May 9, 2025 at Richmond County Hospice Haven.
Patricia was a daughter of the late Martha Mahoney and Dennis Deneen, born March 12, 1935 in Faribault, Minnesota.
Along with her parents, Patricia is preceded in death by brother Joe Deneen and her beloved husband of 50 years, Fowle Shular.
Patricia leaves behind to cherish her memory: daughters Kary Pryce (Larry) and Regina Elder; grandchildren Frank Smith (Traci), Alex Smith (Betsy), Kristen Smith, Jeffrey Smith, C.J. Pryce (Karina) and Josh Pryce (Cherah); six great-grandchildren; brother Tom Deneen; sister-in-law Sarah Pope; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday, May 13, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Crestview Baptist Church’s fellowship hall. Funeral services will be held in the sanctuary following the visitation with the Rev. Robby Stewart officiating. Burial will proceed at Ellerbe Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Richmond County Hospice.
