Patricia Edwards, 85, of Rockingham, passed away at Richmond County Hospice Haven, Feb. 4, 2025.
Patricia was a daughter of the late Andrew and Virgil Colegrove, born June 7, 1939, in Elmira, New York.
Along with parents, she is predeceased by her sisters ,Janet, Phyllis and Esther; husband, Raymond Edwards Sr.; and son, Raymond “Ray” Edwards Jr.
Patricia was a woman devoted to her family and raising her sons. In her spare time, she loved to fish and create cherished memories with her sons, Ray and Dale.
Patricia is survived by her son, Dale Edwards; and a grandson, Elton Ray Edwards.
A Celebration of Life for Patricia and her son, Ray, will be conducted jointly. The family of Patricia and Ray will receive friends for visitation Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Watson-King Funeral Home in Hamlet. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Lee officiating.
