Sankie Caviness Staley, 85, of Rockingham passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025 at her home.
She was born Jan. 14, 1940 in Randolph County, a daughter of the late Benjamin Samuel and Estha Brown Caviness. She was married to the late Roger Staley of Rockingham.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the First Methodist Church in Rockingham with the Rev. Darrel Bowles officiating. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro. The family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service in the church sanctuary.
