Tony Lee Holloway, 65, of Rockingham, passed away Monday, April 7, 2025 at his home.
He was born March 16, 1960, in Richmond County, son of the late Eliza Williams Holloway.
Tony was a member of Southside Freewill Baptist Church. He lived his life as a simple, yet kind man. He was the sweetest soul with a jovial character. Tony was always easy to get along with and was a reliable family man as well as friend. He dearly loved his family and will be greatly missed.
Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Holloway Batton.
Left to cherish Tony’s memories are his wife of 47 years, Mary Bingham Holloway of the home; son, Steven Bingham (Theresa) of Villa-Rica, Georgia; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Hurl Holloway (Sherry) of Cordova and Donald Holloway of Rockingham; and sisters, Missy Ussery (Randy) of Cordova, Mary Cox (Vernon) of Selma, and Jerry Tanner (Keith) of Rockingham.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Cordova Baptist Church with Hurl Holloway officiating.
