Mr. Vance “Pete” Floyd Vuncannon Sr., 58, of Rockingham was born April 19, 1964 and blissfully returned to his savior on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022.
“Pete” was proceeded in death by his parents, George Lewis Vuncannon and Betsy Louise Bailey Vuncannon.
Surviving him in death is his son, Vance Helms, also a close special companion of the home, Ms. Ann Joyner; three brothers, Mr. George “Doodle” Vuncannon Jr., Mr. Rodney Vuncannon (April) and Richard Vuncannon (Tiffany), all of Richmond County; three sisters, Mrs. Judy Broadway (Sonny), Mrs. Pam Monk (David) and Sylvia Lambert, all of Richmond County; and multiple nephews and nieces.
A service to celebrate Pete's life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022, from 5-8 p.m. at his home at Pine Ridge Drive apartment No. 1014, Rockingham. All friends and extended family are welcome to come. NO DRAMA!
In lieu of flowers, all memorials may be made to Vance Helms.
