Wallace Earl Gordon, 67, of Rockingham passed away Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst, surrounded by his loving family.
Wallace is a son of the late Melvin and Caroline Gordon.
Wallace worked as a glazer and a craftsman. He enjoyed woodworking and creating furniture. He was an amazing husband to his wife, Rhea, and was avid fisher.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Gordon.
Wallace is survived by his wife of 35 years, Rhea Gordon of the home; children, Julie Foust, Jace Bishop, Danielle Wilson, Charise Owen, Vincenzo Gordon and Venus Brown; siblings, Daniel Gordon, Edward Gordon and Melaine Benik; several grandchildren; and his best friends, Joe Volpe and Marty Bundy.
A memorial service will be held at Cameronian Presbyterian Church at a later date.
