ROCKING HAM — According to Captain Jay Childers at the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, it received a report of a victim being robbed while at a ATM on Airport Road on Monday, December 18.
The victim had $540 in currency taken.
The RCSO noted that it arrested Thomas Earl Russell, 38, and Kellie Quick Russell, 36, both of Billy Covington Road in Rockingham, in association to the robbery. The two were arrested at their residence on Tuesday, December 19, and placed in Richmond County Jail.
Thomas Russell received a $25,000 secure bond, while Kellie Russell received a $20,000 secure bond. Both also have a hold for charges out of Marlboro County, S.C.
All persons are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
