ROCKINGHAM — A night of celebration for achievements on and off the gridiron took place Thursday for the Richmond Senior High School football program.
Holding its annual end-of-season awards banquet, Richmond recognized dozens of players in the school’s cafeteria.
Head coach Brad Denson led the event for the first time, reminding those in attendance that Raider football is back.
Several performance-based awards were given out, along with a handful of merit-based awards. Denson added a few laughs with four “fun” awards.
