ASHEBORO — Rex Michael Lovin, 68, formerly of Ellerbe, passed away on Feb. 5, 2022 in Asheboro.
Rex was born on Sept. 16, 1953 in Moore County, a son of the late Ralph Dockery and Ruth Emma Joyce Lovin.
Rex is survived by his brothers, Tim Lovin of Asheboro, Jeff Lovin of Kernersville; and sister, Kay Lovin of Asheboro.
There will be a private family service with masks required.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to McLean Presbyterian Church or to the charity of one’s choice.
