On the latter date, Parker is accused of stealing $394.98 worth of merchandise from the retail store.
He is also accused of stealing $873.93 in merchandise from the Target store in Southern Pines on Jan. 17. The warrant in that case was issued June 18.
Parker was arrested June 24 on the following charges:

Moore County: misdemeanor larceny
He is being held without bond in the Richmond County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court July 7 in Cabarrus County and July 14 in Moore County.

Records show Parker has another pending charge of misdemeanor larceny in Moore County, stemming from an alleged incident on Dec. 27, 2024. The warrant in that case was issued April 4 and he was arrested April 10.
Parker was convicted May 2 in Richmond County on four counts of misdemeanor larceny and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a single count of misdemeanor larceny in Moore County on March 6, according to records with the N.C. Department of Adult Correction.
In 2021, Parker was convicted on two counts of breaking and entering vehicles in Richmond County; and unauthorized use of motor conveyance and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance in Union County.
