ROCKINGHAM — Kenalen “Tiny” Ard Collins, 61, of Rockingham, completed her earthly journey and joined the Heavenly choir on Wednesday, April 22, 2020.
Tiny was born Sept. 3, 1958 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Kenneth Plasky and Peggy Davis Ard.
She had worked with Sara Lee Hosiery as a quality control inspector. She was a member of Mount Carmel Free Will Baptist Church and loved to sing.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Johnny Collins; son and daughter-in-law, Jeffery and Christine Collins; brothers, Woody Ard, Randy Ard and Dennis Allen; sisters, Teresa Watkins, Amanda Smith and Samantha Allen; and two special children that she called her “grandchildren,” Star and Tyler Rickett.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, graveside services will be held privately at Sandhills Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
