ROCKINGHAM — A man is facing a trespassing charge after allegedly being caught with his pants down.
According to a warrant, 48-year-old Juan Guzmon Fernendez was sitting in a vehicle with his pants down at Washington Street School on Tuesday.
Fernandez reportedly had been told to leave the campus by a school employee.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree trespassing, a misdemeanor.
Fernandez was booked into the Richmond County Jail under a $5,000 secured bond. Jail records show he was admitted at 11:04 a.m. and bailed out at 4:03 p.m.
He is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 8.
Online state records show he has no other pending charges or prior convictions in North Carolina.
All defendants facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
