According to the Hamlet Police Department, 55-year-old Ricky Neal Baker, of Rockingham, got into an argument with another man at the Speedway gas station around 3 a.m. Nov. 7.

Investigators say the argument moved outside and gunshots were exchanged between Baker and the other man.
