Neeley said the vehicle that was broken into was unlocked and that the video shows the suspects trying to break into others, but running away when they couldn’t open the doors.

In the Nov. 12 post and a subsequent post the following day, police urged residents to lock their doors and remove valuables from their vehicles to prevent theft.

Anyone with information on the suspects is encouraged to call the Rockingham Police Department at 910-895-2468 or Richmond County Crime Stoppers at 910-997-5454.
