BENNETTSVILLE — A man who led officers on a chase through three counties and two states has been apprehended.
The driver wrecked his vehicle on Salem Road outside Bennettsville, South Carolina, according to Lt. Trevor Murphy with the Marlboro County Sheriffs Office.

The chase reportedly started in Scotland County, came through Hamlet and into South Carolina on N.C. 177.
