Rockingham PD Narcotics Officers Arrest Man for Manufacturing Meth

ROCKINGHAM — Rockingham Police Department Narcotics agents received information that an occupant at a Rockingham residence (108 Colonial Drive) was manufacturing methamphetamine.

After speaking with the homeowner of the residence, Rockingham Police Department Narcotics Officers along with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations and the Richmond County Sherriff’s Office conducted a search of the premises. Once the search of the residence was complete, Allen Cody Rishel was arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining in a dwelling, and three counts of methamphetamine pre-cursors.  The search and arrest was made on 02/08/2018.

The suspect in question was placed in the Richmond County Jail and given a $50,000.00 secured bond for the charges.
