PINEHURST – Aemonn Barnes (in blue, holding award), N.P., has been awarded the Advanced Practice Provider Award by Sandhills Emergency Physicians.
Barnes has worked at FirstHealth of the Carolinas for 20 years, having started his career in Moore Regional’s emergency department as a certified nursing assistant.
Barnes is the first recipient of this award for both Sandhills Emergency Physicians and FirstHealth of the Carolinas.
