ROCKINGHAM — Following up Friday’s featured story on the special luminary surprise for the Richmond Senior High School class of 2020 is this behind-the-scenes video.
Watch as teachers and faculty spent the afternoon putting sand in each bag and strategically placing them around the football field to create “2020” and a heart.
Also featured is every single luminary with each of the 420 soon-to-be graduates’ names on them, as well as special messages from some of the teachers.

The video concludes with the class of 2020’s song “Be A Light” by country singer Thomas Rhett and Raider Stadium lit up by hundreds of glow sticks.
