ROCKINGHAM — Jennifer Lynn Taylor-Phillips, 42, of Rockingham, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 21, at UNC Memorial Hospital.
Jennifer was born March 12, 1977 in Trenton, New Jersey. Jennifer worked as a CNA, as well as a mentor for GLB-child development program. Jennifer is the daughter of the late Harry Taylor of New Jersey, and Kathy McCrossen-Koenig of Pennsylvania.
Jennifer is survived by two children, son Jordan Tyler Smith, 23, and daughter Kaitlin Marie Smith, 20, of Rockingham; brother, Mark McCrossen of Dallas Pennsylvania; and loved one, Brian Tanner of Rockingham.
Funeral services will be held this Sunday, September 29, at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham at 3 p.m.
Family will receive close friends and relatives for a viewing from 1:45-2:45 p.m.
Interment will follow at Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
