HAMLET — Michael Larry “Mike” Grainger, 56, of Hamlet, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2021 at FirstHealth Richmond.
He was born Jan. 14, 1965, in Pensacola, Florida, son of Larry Edward Grainger and Peggy Clark Grainger.
Mike was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and had been employed as a mechanic at Owens Illinois.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Steven Patrick Grainger.
Survivors are his wife, Donna Carpenter Grainger of the home; son, Brandon Grainger of Hamlet; and sister, Kelly Grainger Carter of Hamlet.
Services will be private.
