Bette Ann Gaiser Fussi, 93, of Laurel Hill, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Richmond County Hospice Haven.
She was born May 2, 1931, in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late Paul Gaiser and Clara Grosser Gaiser.
Bette enjoyed gardening, flowers, and travel, and she was always ready for some window shopping. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Bette was always available with her beautiful smile and words of loving encouragement and wisdom.
Bette dearly loved her Florida family of friends, neighbors, and church members who brought her friendship, encouragement, compassion, and love.
In her later years, Bette was faced with numerous health obstacles the she handled with courage, grace, and a humble spirit, and always resilient and smiling, which brought great peace to those in her company. Bette was blessed with a long life that was well-lived. She will always be in our hearts.
Along with her parents, Bette was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Gaiser.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Claire Steiner of Laurel Hill; son, Guy Fussi of Cleveland, Ohio; grandchildren, Jason Green (Lindsey), Rory Green (Alicia) and Megan Green; and great-grandchildren, Leo, Claire, Ceris, Oliver, Nolan, Elliott and Arthur.
All services will be held private.
